Austin Network Maintenance Plans.

A network is not finished the day it is installed. Our Standard and Pro maintenance plans keep your Wi-Fi, switches, gateways, and cameras tuned, updated, and watched — so the next problem is one we catch instead of one you discover.

Why a Plan

A network needs ongoing care, not just an install.

Most network problems do not arrive all at once. Firmware drifts. A new device starts hogging the Wi-Fi. An ISP outage exposes a misconfigured failover. A backup quietly stops running. By the time a homeowner or business owner notices, the network has been degraded for weeks. Our maintenance plans put eyes on the network every day, take care of firmware and configuration drift before it becomes a problem, and put a real human on the phone with priority response when something does break.

Monitoring

Daily checks

Uptime, throughput, and error rate monitored on the access points, switches, and gateway.

Firmware

Managed updates

Firmware reviewed and applied in scheduled windows so updates do not interrupt your day.

Backups

Configuration safety

Controller and gateway configurations backed up so the network can be restored, not rebuilt.

Support

Priority response

A real person on the phone when something breaks — not a ticket queue and a four-day wait.

Plans & Pricing

Two tiers, no contracts.

Both plans are month to month and can be canceled anytime with thirty days notice.

Standard

Everyday managed networking.

$79 / month

For homes and small offices that want their network watched, updated, and supported without paying for onsite visits they will not use.

  • Remote monitoring of access points, switches, and gateway.
  • Firmware management with scheduled update windows.
  • Configuration backups for the controller and gateway.
  • Same-business-day response on outages.
  • Discounted onsite visits when remote will not solve it.

How It Works

From onboarding to ongoing care.

Most clients are on the network the same week they sign up.

  • Network audit. We review hardware, firmware, configuration, and credentials so we have a real picture of the starting point.
  • Remote management. We connect the network to our management tooling so monitoring and configuration backups start running daily.
  • Baseline tuning. Anything obviously wrong from the audit is fixed in the first window so the network starts the plan in good shape.
  • Ongoing monitoring. Every business day we review the alerts, apply firmware where it makes sense, and verify backups completed.
  • Quarterly review. Pro plans get a quarterly tuning pass and a written summary of what changed.
  • Response when needed. When something breaks, you call the same number and reach a real person — no ticket portal required.
Related Services

Plans fit on top of the install.

Maintenance plans are designed to sit on top of a properly installed network — usually one we built, but not always.

UniFi

UniFi installation

Most managed networks we run are UniFi — Standard and Pro plans cover them in full.

Omada

Omada installation

Omada cloud-managed networks are covered the same way as UniFi inside our plans.

Security

Network security

Pro plans include a security review with firewall, VLAN, and identity audits each year.

Cameras

Security cameras

Cameras that share the network controller are reviewed alongside the network on Pro plans.

Frequently Asked

Network maintenance plans, common questions.

What is included in a network maintenance plan?

All plans include remote monitoring, firmware management, configuration backups, and priority response when something breaks. The Pro tier adds quarterly tuning, faster response times, and an annual onsite visit.

Do I have to be a previous install client?

No. We do a one-time network audit and onboarding for clients who installed their own gear or had it installed elsewhere. After that, we can put any UniFi, Omada, or supported network on a plan.

Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?

Plans are month to month with no long-term contract. You can pause or cancel anytime. We require thirty days notice on cancellation so we can hand off credentials and management cleanly.

What kind of response times can I expect?

Standard plans get same-business-day response on outages and next-business-day on non-urgent issues. Pro plans get priority response within four business hours on outages and same-business-day on everything else.

Does the plan include onsite visits?

Standard plans are remote-only with onsite visits billed separately at a discounted rate. Pro plans include one onsite tuning visit per year and discounted onsite rates beyond that.

What cities do you cover?

Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Hutto, Buda, Kyle, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Easton Park, and Del Valle. See the full service area for details.
